    This is a lovely beach house, but I was wondering if there's a list of CC we should download or a list of CC that's included with the lot?

    I love your little house!

    I'd also prefer a cleaned sims3pack and a separate CC-package or download list. I'm installing all my CC with CC-Magic and cannot use houses that bring in the same stuff in another sims3pack. Of course I can clean the packages myself, but then I would remove also the CC that I don't have.

    I love your house i'm not sure but i might be making a sims 3 series on youtube and i was wondering if i could use this house as one of the sets
